Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day to be eligible for a refund.

2. Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packaging intact.

• The product must be returned in its original box with all included items in perfect condition.

• Items that show signs of use, damage or any alterations may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer.

3. Custom-Made Products:
Custom-made products are non-returnable as they are crafted specifically for you, unless they arrive with a defect.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed within 5-7 business days of the confirmation email. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
